Folio 9470M Laptops in Tanzania

Neither replace the battery, nor connect the docking station, nor increase the memory to 16 GB. It won't be enough! In that sense, the HP Folio 9470m is probably the best ultrabook out there. It is almost in no way inferior to classic corporate models, but weighs one and a half times less. Design HP EliteBook Folio 9470m in general follows the style of the previous generation of the EliteBook line. All the same tricks are used: clean and neat lines, light color of the top and dark color of the bottom. Overall, the design conveys a clean, airy feel that many ultra-mobile laptops lack. The content of plastic in this case is minimal: only a frame around the display and a small insert in the upper part of the cover, under which the antennas are hidden, are made of it. Everythin Folio 9470M Laptops in Tanzania g else is metal. But not aluminum, as you might think after a cursory acquaintance, but a magnesium alloy. The lid is painted with a “soft” paint of the kind that we managed to get acquainted with in the Lenovo Yoga 13 review. The paint is extremely pleasant to the touch, but, in our opinion, it does not have a high enough resistance to damage. This time, however, there were no scratches, but after prolonged use, they, apparently, cannot be avoided. The maximum opening angle of the lid is small The panel around the keyboard is covered with a thin layer of decorative aluminum. Under it, however, is also by no means plastic, but a massive magnesium alloy chassis. Due to the highest content of the right metal, the case turned out to be extremely rigid. In the declared characteristics of the HP EliteBook Folio 9470m, the thickness is listed as a beautiful value of 1.895 cm. In fact, it is not entirely true: the thickness of the body in the “monolithic” part is the same, but the battery protrudes a little from the bottom - probably, the battery manufacturer did not fit into the design requirements. So the real thickness is 19.7 mm, and together with the legs it reaches 20.8 mm. The Folio 9470m feels noticeably beefier than most ultrabooks. Objectively, the thickness of the body is quite large - and does not decrease towards the front, but on the contrary, slightly increases due to the removable battery The tested copy of the Folio 9470m came from Britain, so you should not pay attention to the features of the keyboard layout - a double-decker Enter and a short left Shift - in Russified ultrabooks, the more familiar American layout will most likely be used as the basis. However, you can't help but notice that the keyboard is a bit cramped than you'd expect from a 14-inch model. The designers either should have made the keyboard block wider - they would have succeeded, estimate the amount of emptiness on the sides of the keyboard. Or you shouldn't have used an extra column of Home - End buttons. Yes, and the height of the space could be more: we see no objective reasons for such a narrow row of function keys. On the other hand, the keyboard block is very well fixed: the substrate does not bend even with very strong blows to the buttons. In addition, I was pleased with the length of the key travel, it is noticeably longer than in the mass of other ultrabooks. Although a little less than the standard for classic laptops. Of course, there is an internal illumination of the keys - after all, this is an EliteBook, there was no point in saving on such a trifle. The backlight is moderately bright and fairly uniform. So there are no complaints about it either in terms of convenience or in terms of aesthetics. The Caps Lock and Num Lock keys have built-in LEDs that clearly display their status. The mute and wireless network switching buttons are completely dedicated, they are also equipped with built-in indicators. Under the right edge of the keyboard block, the designers placed a fingerprint reader. https://jiji.co.tz/computers-and-laptops/folio-9470m
